Zaitman Lawyers is a multifaceted boutique law firm with dedicated staff. We pride ourselves in being accessible and providing professional, friendly and importantly, cost effective and personalised legal services.

We always start with an initial phone discussion. We advise generally on the steps involved to be in a contractual matter or dispute. In this call we endeavour to provide you with an approximate assessment of costs and any other expenses that may be involved in your particular matter.

We would generally then request that you attend our office (conveniently located on St Kilda Road) to discuss and advise you in more detail. Although we prefer traditional modes of communication, we strive to be up to date with technology and can accommodate you if more convenient to send information by email or conduct meetings with you over Skype.

Throughout the process we will communicate with you in order to keep you updated on the status of your matter and our friendly staff will welcome any queries which you may have along the way.

Our clients include both individuals as well as larger corporations. We represent developers in subdivisions and sales of residential and commercial property. We act for a variety of people in business.

We conduct a full service legal practice which assists our clients to obtain an extensive range of services “under one roof”. With the background knowledge of our clients dealings, we are able to offer cost effective and timely advice, prepare Agreements, negotiate disputes and settlements and offer assistance in the ever expanding legal and Government requirements and procedures.

We have a diverse practice that spans a broad range of law and industries.

Our experience and sophistication enable us to represent clients in large and complex matters, while our size and efficiency also allow us to provide high-quality and effective legal representation in matters that require a smaller budget.
